Good but missingnWas missing several points of interest (restaurants, beaches, ferry, etc) Would find in google offline maps (verizon had almost no service in VI) and drop a pin on matched location on gps and worked perfect. Would have been very difficult to navigate VI without this update to my old garmin gps.

Virgin Island MapsnI was not able to load these maps on my GPS, totally unsatisfied! I tried to call but wait time was 45 minutes. This was a waist of money.

Virgin Islands instructionsnDespite being able to download on to my computer without any problem, and installing BaseCamp easily, I could not load on to my GPS device. The video and pictures to help me looked nothing like what I saw on my computer. I tried many times.

Not your best packagenThis section is definitely not your best, I've purchased the St. Marten maps from you guys before, and was satisfied with the detail, but your Virgin Island's map is very lacking in detail from what I have looked at (the Tortola/Roadtown area). I couldn't even find our yacht charter and was forced to rely on my cellphone's Google maps.

I was never able to download the maps to my device using the BaseCamp software or following any of the troubleshooting instructions on your website. I also wasn't able to find any option to speak to a live person at your company. I then called Garmin to see if they could help me obtain downloadable USVI maps. They indicated that my GPS device already contained the USVI maps since the islands are considered to be part of North America. So I basically purchased maps I didn't need and that I couldn't download regardless. The download error message I kept receiving was that there are no unlocked maps. That was after trying several times for the BaseCamp software to even recognize my device which I had connected to my laptop with a USB cable. This purchase was a waste of money. The only positive aspect of the experience was the ease and speed in ordering the maps online.

Missing places and routesnMap has too many inaccuracies to be usable in St Thomas. Places are missing and routes are not always the best because some small roads are missing on the map.

It ws not any better than the Garmin map for us.

Adequate at best nIn 2017, turn-by-turn navigation is a given, or at least it should be. Not so with the USVI Garmin map. Thank God I had someone with me to look at the GPS and call out upcoming turns while I drove. Driving on the left side on twisting roads is hard enough without having to look at a screen at the same time.

St Thomas/St JohnnThe GPS didn't operate the same as the US mainland version. The voice was inconstant whether it came on or not . When passing a turn that we missed a few times, it would have us go straight forever instead of making a u-turn. "Thirteen" and a few other popular and very hard to get to "up in the mountains" restaurants were not on the program.

But it still was an invaluable tool to have with you while driving on the other side of the road on these hairpin/windy/narrow roads

memory issues, roads not really therenAll GPSs come totally full. Had no memory card, was leaving in 24 hours, no instructions on how to delete stuff. Used a different Garmin Nuvi I had , which had already had lobotomy room for the map.

Better customer service on dealing with issue would be appreciated.

Map itself was good (not excellent). Roads in St Croix not all there, Map had roads that did not exist (old dirt paths now closed off).
