Works as advertisednDelivery and installation went smoothly as advertised. Map looks good in MapSource, but I did not have a chance to use it in the field yet.

Your maps are inadequate! So your are a company that has a nice
website but sells crappy maps.
know you copy the maps from Open Street maps
The maps don't have any difference only that you charge money. And make a
easy living out of it.
Also for Warning everybody not to do purchases with GPSmaps.

Can you please help me understand which areas of our Peru map are incomplete? We are continually traveling the world to improve our maps so we can provide the most comprehensive data available.
Yes, we use OpenStreetMaps but we also contribute to this service from our travels.
If it helps, you can think of us as a service that transforms maps into a readily available format for our customers to use with their Garmin GPS devices.
Also, this store allows us to travel around the world and gather the information needed to improve maps.

The paved roads and unpaved trails were are mixed up at Nasca, Cusco and Puno regions (places we only traveled) and we had problem to navigate in our car. Several times road turned up into unpaved dangerous trail across the mountains or dry rivers. So, we had turn back to paved roads. Only highways were corrcetly presented on this map. But there were quite a few GOOD and PAVED shortcut roads exist and we used based on local people recommendations.
POI were VERY limited in number (I guess no mere than 20% that actually exist) and to find hotel and/or restaurant we had to use Google search & cell phone Internet to find what we need. The Internet was slowly, but much more reliable and complete than map and POI provided by TravelMaps. For example the TravelMaps navigated us to gas station at Yandue village in Colca region where weren't any gas station at all!
Highly unrecommend this store.
A good investment for driver's a little less attractive for hiking outside the sacred valley.
