Where are they?nMaps were charged to my MasterCard. They appear to be in my computer but aren't. Did NOT download to my Garmin. I wasted money & an entire day on non-existent maps. I gave one star because I couldn't give 0 stars

Punta Cana GPS MapnThis was one of the worst purchases I have made, a complete waste of money. All I got with the purchase was a basic map outline. I could use to GPS to find a few major attractions but it could not load any addresses or locations I attempted to use. The only good it did was the ability to save a location I found on my own, in which case I didn't even need it. On my trip I used enlarged tourist maps instead. I would not buy from this company again.

Map was outdatednThe map for Dominican Republic is out dated and doesn't allow the GPS to find the best possible route. It ended up being a waste of money, considering the free Waze App did a much better job of keeping the streets up to date and providing efficient routes.

Decent detail, but navigation failednI purchased and loaded this map while in the Dominican Republic and we were anticipating travel into some interior cities and areas. The detail of the map was quite good, especially in the urban areas, however my GPS 760 RV lost its ability to interact with the map and went into a loop of constantly recalculating and not establishing a route. (Did it when we were en route to the airport for a departing flight, which was inconvenient, at best.) I tried rebooting the GPS, unchecking and re-checking the Dominican Map, etc., but to no avail.

Once we got back into the USA, the North America map functioned flawlessly.

Not sure what the problem was. It just happened at an inopportune time.

somewhat disappointednService was really good after some shipment problems. Nicole was very helpful.

Bit disappointed by the product. Little or no detail in village(luperon) where I live and even main highway between Navarete and Puerto Plata has no details. Santiago only shows the names of the main roads, but product is use-full there. Hope that Santo Domingo maps will be better.

Good but not perfectnThe maps I bought for Dom. Rep. are very useful but only for those that really know how to use the GPS. If you ask the GPS to navigate from A to B, it will almost certainly take on the route which is far from ideal and far from the shortest or quicker. For example: instead of taking you on the main highway from Santo Domingo to Las Terrenas (130 - 140 km), it will put you on small country roads, which will take half a day to navigate.

The point is that you need to get a map and figure out where you want to go and which roads you want to be on. Than with the help of GPS you get onto those roads.

I would recommend the Dom. Rep. GPS maps but can guarantee that without good knowledge of the GPS you'll be very frustrated because sometimes getting somewhere it'll take twice as long as necessary.
