How can I view the map on my Garmin Nuvi GPS unit?

Use one of the following steps to view the map in your GPS:

At the main screen, choose the following: Tools → Settings → Maps → Map Info You will now see a list of all maps installed on your GPS including your new map from GPSTravelMaps.com.
At the main screen, choose the following: Where To → Near... → A Different City → (input or select the town that you want to navigate to) → Points of Interest → (select the place that you want to search for, such as a hotel or restaurant) → Map. You can now see the POI and the map detail.
In the View Map screen, you can also zoom out to the country extent. Then, drag your finger across the screen to bring into view the place on the globe where your new map is and zoom back in. Map detail will begin to appear as you zoom in closer.

How can I get a copy of Garmin Mapsource Trip & Waypoint Manager?

Use the following steps:

Download and install Garmin Training Center:

Download and install Garmin Mapsource:
http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=209
Now run the installer (do not change install location) and it will install map files into the right location for Mapsource to use.

How do I install my new GPS map on my Apple Macintosh?

Use the following steps:

Download and install Garmin Roadtrip:
http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=4332
Now run unzip the GPSTravelMaps.com file and double click on the map file inside. The map will install into Garmin Roadtrip.
