Customer Comments

Here are a few notes from people that have used our maps.

Many thanks for your fine Costa Rica map. It bailed us out on many on occasions, coming through with extraordinary detail in the places we needed it most. For example, with a bridge out between Atenas and San Ramon we relied entirely on the GPS to find us a route through the highlands. From the road, farm lanes and through roads were indistinguishable to the eye. The GPS armed with your map saw us through perfectly. I can't imagine vacationing in Costa Rica without it. Thanks again.

— Nick from the USA (April, 2010)

Our trip in Costa Rica went quite well. All in all, your map was extremely helpful as we drove, sailed and hiked the country.

What's the difference? Routable vs. Basic
Both the Basic and Routable versions contain the same geographic map data (e.g., roads, lakes, rivers, parks, points of interest, etc.). However, the Routable version is enhanced with auto-navigation capabilities such as route-finding and turn-by-turn directions. The Basic version does not provide auto-navigation. Download vs. Memory Card
The downloadable version provides you with immediate delivery of the map through a secure instant download link after purchase is complete. The map installs into Garmin Mapsource or Roadtrip on your computer and than transfers to your GPS. (Similar to downoading an mp3 and putting it on your iPod.) Memory Cards (SD cards) are pre-loaded with purchased maps and ready to use without software installation. Cards are shipped via postal mail with additional shipping and handling charges applied.
